A: The workstation’s operating system should be a Pentium IV 2.0 GHz or above, 300MB of disc space, 768MB of Memory, 3 serial ports, 1 USB port per printer, and Windows XP/2000 or higher.
  
Q: Does the company provide a leasing option for the equipment?
A: Yes—you may lease or buy the system. Just contact us.
  
Q: Do I need a scanner at each entrance if our event allows registratoin at different locations?
A: You can decide if you want to direct your guests via signs to one main entrance, However, it is suggested that you have a unit at each entrance for your attendees’ convenience.
  
Q: How is the information secured, especially in compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations?

A: Access to the system is protected through customizable user permission window. Collected data is encrypted using NIST certified AES-128bit encryption. System uses password hashing to protect system from unauthorized access. System includes an access locking and password maximum attempts mechanisms.
 

Q: How can I see a demo?

A: Onsite demos are gladly provided. We also offer a trial system for you to test-proof the system in a live environment.
 

Q: Where do I buy supplies for the badge printer?

Q: Is there a quantity discount for purchasing multiple systems or exhibitors packages?
